For each main commodity, Alfa Laval offers a single global interface for the supplier market. Besides the six global commodity groups, Alfa Laval’s internal network for production-related purchasing consists of regional offices in China, India, Eastern Europe and Mexico, as well as local site teams and coordination per product group. There are continuous efforts within our purchasing network to develop and fulfil activities that contribute to a competitive supply chain – i.e. continuous cost reductions and a stable performance in regard to delivery and quality.
