With the Compliance Service Package for PureBallast, our experts take responsibility for the health of your Alfa Laval PureBallast system – taking work and worry off your shoulders. The package provides everything you need for compliance, combined with a predictable preventive maintenance cost.
PureNOx Compliance Service Package
Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) regulations demand certified calibration of your water treatment system every five years. But it takes many other actions to secure Tier III NOx compliance in the time between. The Compliance Service Package for PureNOx gives you everything needed for preventive maintenance of Alfa Laval PureNOx over a five-year compliance period, including service kits, training, checks, inspections and the fifth-year calibration itself.
PureNOx Sensor Exchange
Handle the required calibration of PureNOx PAH and turbidity sensors conveniently, without interrupting compliance. Through the Sensor Exchange service for PureNOx, we send you pre-calibrated sensors for the crew to swap in, which means there is almost no downtime. Afterwards, you send the expired sensors back to us for factory calibration – without having to wait on the result.
PureBilge Sensor Exchange
Handle the required calibration of the PureBilge oil content monitor (OCM) conveniently, without interrupting compliance. Through the Sensor Exchange service for PureBilge, we send you a pre-calibrated OCM measuring cell for the crew to swap in, which means there is almost no downtime. Afterwards, you send the expired cell back to us for factory calibration – without having to wait on the result.
PureSOx Exchange Programme: water sensors
Handle the required calibration of PureSOx PAH and turbidity sensors conveniently, without interrupting compliance. We swap the sensors out when needed, installing replacements calibrated to MEPC specifications.
PureSOx Exchange Programme: gas analyser
To ensure you can always prove your compliance, let us handle the regular replacement of the infrared (IR) source in your PureSOx gas analyser module. We swap the entire module for a pre-serviced unit, making the process quick and simple.
PureSOx annual gas analyser calibration
If your PureSOx system has a gas analyser from ABB, it needs yearly calibration. As an ABB service partner, we can handle the process for you. Let us coordinate and manage it all, from the timing and supplies to the work on board.
PureSOx Washwater Testing Programme
To confirm that your exhaust gas cleaning system is operating within required limits, the regulations demand testing of washwater samples at specified intervals. Using our Washwater Testing Programme, you can keep the testing simple and reliable. Our experts take charge of the process as part of an Alfa Laval Service Agreement.
PureSOx connectivity
Connectivity for Alfa Laval PureSOx is a subscription-based digital service platform. One module automatically compiles scrubber data into localized reports, making it easy to demonstrate compliance. A second uses secure remote access to help our service experts troubleshoot remotely. You can access one or both modules with a monthly subscription.
