Alfa Laval invests in the field of separation technology with increased focus on advanced computer simulation methods like FEM, CFD and Topology Optimization. Connectivity and digitalisation is also on the agenda, implementing e.g. various sensor technologies and software algorithms in the products.  The idea behind this investment is to expand the limits within separation technology and create the smart separators of the future - simply, to be able to offer our customers the best separation solutions in the world. Alfa Laval is leading the development of energy-saving separators and our ambition is to further strengthen this position.

Who are you?

You have a strong passion for engineering and a will to do good. You are a team player but with a strong personal drive. You are both willing to take responsibility and to learn. And you are a good, helpful colleague. You have a Master in Science, a finalized thesis and you speak English very well.

What you get

The trainee program, certified by TraineeGuiden, is the first part of a permanent position with a competitive salary. It will run for 15 months, including five rotations that will last 2-4 months each and a vacation period during July/August. 

You will get to work in different areas of the R&D organization and you will have a mentor guiding and supporting you in your development throughout the program. One of the job rotation periods will be situated abroad. You will also have a project that runs throughout the whole program.
